Brookies are a combination of skinny brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Skinny brownies are crunchy at the edges and chewy in the center. The brownies are studded liberally with walnuts, with an intense chocolate flavor from the famous Valrhona cocoa powder. The chocolate chip cookies are made from our Butter Sable. With Brookies, you get the best of both worlds!
Skinny brownies can be kept for a much longer time, up to 3 months in the refrigerator. Now you can always have brownies on hand. Microwave them and serve with ice-cream! Layer them on bread for a skinny brownies sandwich!
Healthy ingredients:
Dark cocoa, dark chocolate chips, walnuts, high fiber flours including wholemeal flour, brown rice flour and psyllium husk, olive oil, low sodium salt, 0 calories sugar, low GI sugar.

Packing:
Cookie container with sealer and desiccant. +/- 180g per container.
Storage:
Cookies are baked only on order. Once opened, cookies can be kept up to 4 weeks, and if refrigerated, up to 12 weeks.
