Everyone has their favourite type of brownies. Ours are crunchy at the edges and chewy in the center. The brownies are studded liberally with 75% dark chocolate chips and walnuts, with an intense chocolate flavor from the use of Valrhona cocoa powder.

 Skinny brownies can be kept for a much longer time, up to 3 months in the refrigerator. Now you can always have brownies on hand. Microwave them and serve with ice-cream! Layer them on bread for a skinny brownies sandwich!
